Whole & Half Hogs – Roasters

Suckling pig (Less than 50 lbs.) =  $250

All other Roasters (More than 50 lbs.) = 

$80 processing fees +

50 – 100lbs =      $4/lb
110 – 150lbs =     $3.75/lb
160 – 190lbs  =   $3.50/lb
200 – up =           $3.25/lb

All weights above are the Hanging Weight of the Roaster, which is the weight of the animal after it is slaughtered and cleaned.  The majority of this weight is great tasting pork, with the exception of the bones and trim, which will depend on the size of the animal.  Please take a look at the Estimated Party Servings below, or feel free to contact us if you are interested but still have questions!

To serve 25 – 30 people:  suggested 40 – 50 lb suckling pig

Total = $250

To serve 60 – 80 people:  suggested 100 lb roaster

 + ($80) processing

Total = $480

To serve 100 – 125 people:  suggested 150 lb roaster

($562)  150 lb x $3.75

 + ($80) processing
